Jashan Sippy is an architect from Mumbai, India, who has been working internationally as a food designer for over a decade (Sugar and Space, i-fooddesign) and has been based in Antwerp, Belgium since 2023. He has founded AYU, an Ayurveda-inspired coffee and brunch bar, in partnership with ADM, a yoga and pilates studio located in the heart of Antwerp.
ĀYU Antwerp is an Ayurveda-inspired coffee and brunch bar in the heart of Antwerp. Serving infusion teas, coffee and comfort food, it is an urban sancruary set within ADM (Atelier du Mon), Antwerp's most popular yoga and pilates studio. It offers teacher training, massage and therapy and 1-1 reformer pilates for high end clients. The focus is on building a strong community of customers driven by health, lifestyle and flavour.
