Sabine Blaizin, DJ, music producer, and event curator, champions African diasporic music. As the founder of Oyasound, she spins Global Soul: House, Afrotech, Afrobeat, and Haitian Roots. With over 15 years in NYC’s music scene, she directs programs at the Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute and advocates for new Haitian arts scholarship.

My first lunch was with Lea & Caroline, NYC designers like me and it was great to meet them outside of work in a casual setting.
