Lunch Lady combines Chef Nguyen Thi Thanh’s mastery of Vietnamese flavors with the best local ingredients of the Pacific Northwest. Designed by Chef Benedict Lim and refined by the Lunch Lady herself, the menu offers authentic dishes with a modern, approachable touch.
