Join Creative Lunch Club
I had my first Creative Lunch Club match on October of this year, and I have met pretty great people since then. Not only creatives, which is the reason why I joined: to connect with other creatives and share what I do as well, but I have met really nice people from all over the world here in Paris. Listening to other people's stories and experiences has been lovely because it also helps you connect and establish friendships (and have great food as well!).

The Idea
Meeting other creative and inspiring people is one of the best things about working in the creative industries. But networking events are boring. Wouldn't it be much nicer to meet other creatives over lunch?
This is where the Creative Lunch Club comes in. We bring creative people together to have lunch together.
My first lunch was with Lea & Caroline, NYC designers like me and it was great to meet them outside of work in a casual setting. Creative Lunch Club does the hard part of linking me up with others when otherwise, I'd be so focused on work that I wouldn't have the energy to find like-minded people. And you make new friends.

How it works
Join the Club, and we will connect you with two other creatives from your city once a month. Together you set a time and a place and have lunch.
There are no rules for lunch. Talk about your work, projects, what inspires you, and what you enjoy.
So lovely and energizing to connect with other designers, bonding over shared experiences, loves/qualms about our work, how to avoid creative burnout, what we're looking forward to, and so on. Looking forward to continuing to make these thoughtful connections and have meaningful conversations.

Meetups
Besides our matching system, we also host meetups in larger groups. These have a fixed date, time, and location, and create space to meet even more creatives, share ideas, and connect beyond your usual circle.
As a Creative Lunch Club member, you can join these meetups for free and be part of the wider community coming together around a shared table.
I stumbled upon Creative Lunch Club and had my first lunch and loved it. If you are a creative looking to be less lonely in this sprawling city and have interesting conversations in Los Angeles, I recommend it.

How to join
The membership fee of the Creative Lunch Club is 7,5 € per month or 15 € per 3 months. As a member you'll get matched with two other creatives every month.

I recently moved to Barcelona and was looking for ways to meet new people in the city. The Creative Lunch is such a convenient and fun way to meet new people! I learnt a lot from the other two, who have been here much longer than I have. I can't wait for the next one!
