Yanru Ow was born and raised in multicultural Singapore and grew up in her father's restaurants, where her love for food first began. After growing tired of the corporate world, she began her culinary journey by training at Leiths School of Food & Wine and later worked in a restaurant as a junior chef. Today, her cooking blends her Singaporean roots with global influences, creating Singapore-Western fusion dishes inspired by family, heritage, and travel.
